These Terms and Conditions regulate the download, access, and use of the DailyMe mobile application (hereinafter, the "App"), which liuzhigang owns and which is available to users on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android).
The user acquires this condition by downloading and using the application. By accessing the application, the user acknowledges having accepted and consented unreservedly to these terms of use and privacy policy.
1. Responsible for the App
liuzhigang (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer" or "Service Provider"), based in Jinzhong Yuci, Shanxi Province, China, and reachable via email at liul90249@gmail.com, is the owner and responsible party for the App.
2. Object
DailyMe has been developed with the aim of providing users, in a simple and fast way and with the frequency they choose, with access through their mobile devices to motivational phrases, daily affirmations, and content focused on mindfulness and mental well-being (hereinafter the "Content").
3. Compatible Devices
The application is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions regarding obtaining, downloading, and updating the App that the referred application stores respectively determine.
4. Start
When starting the App for the first time, the user may be asked to optionally provide some general preferences to tailor the experience. Users are allowed to configure how often they want to receive reminders of their chosen content on their mobile device or Apple Watch. All this information can be modified at any time through the configuration panel.
The user has access to a free version with limited content. In order to enjoy all the premium features and content, the user must subscribe to the Premium version through the available payment plans (e.g., monthly, annual, or lifetime). Payments are processed securely through the APPLE STORE or GOOGLE PLAY STORE.
The terms of use of these app stores are available on their respective official websites.
5. Method of Use
Upon launching, the user will access a main screen displaying daily affirmations and motivational content. Users can navigate, share, or save content as favorites. Depending on the chosen frequency, the App will send push notifications or haptic reminders to the mobile device and/or connected wearable devices (like Apple Watch).
5.1 General Settings: Users can modify their onboarding preferences, manage subscriptions, and access support through the settings menu.
5.2 Categories: Users can filter content to receive affirmations specific to their current needs (e.g., Self-Love, Peace, Confidence).
5.3 Themes: Users can customize the visual appearance of the App, including fonts, backgrounds, and dark-mode gradients.
6. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the App are owned by liuzhigang, who has exclusive rights to exploit them in any form, including reproduction, distribution, and transformation. The user acknowledges that reproducing, modifying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, or extracting the source code constitutes an infringement of these intellectual property rights.
6.1 User Content: If the App allows users to create or save custom affirmations, the user retains ownership of their personal entries but grants the Developer a license to store and process this data locally or via cloud sync strictly to provide the service across the user's devices.
7. Privacy Policy
In compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations, we inform you that personal data provided by users will be processed by liuzhigang as the Data Controller.
7.1 What data is processed?
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the App to maintain security, ensure Apple Watch synchronization, and analyze performance. This includes:
- Log and usage data: Device information, OS version, error reports (crash dumps), and interaction metrics.
- Device data: IP address, device identifiers, and system configuration.
- Permissions: We may request access to local notifications/reminders to deliver daily affirmations. You can revoke this at any time in your device settings.
Note: DailyMe is designed to be privacy-centric. We do not require you to create an account, and personal affirmations or mood tracking data are primarily stored locally on your device or synced securely via your personal Apple iCloud account.
7.2 Purposes of Processing
Data is processed to:
- Provide the core services (syncing quotes, sending reminders).
- Handle customer service inquiries sent to liul90249@gmail.com.
- Improve app stability by analyzing crash reports and usage statistics.
7.3 Minors
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not deliberately collect personal information from minors without parental consent. If we become aware of unauthorized data collection from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
7.4 International Transfers
As the Developer is based in China, and the App is available globally, some technical data (like crash logs or analytics) may be processed using standard global third-party providers (such as Apple services, AWS, or Google Analytics). By using the App, you consent to the necessary transfer of this technical data to facilitate the service.
7.5 Exercise of Rights

7.6 Security

8. Responsibility
The Developer strives to provide the highest quality service but disclaims liability for interruptions, Apple Watch sync delays, or system failures caused by external factors, OS updates, or third-party interference. Responsibility for the use of the App rests solely with the user. The App provides motivational content for general well-being and is not a substitute for professional mental health or medical advice.
9. Nullity and Ineffectiveness of Clauses
If any clause included in these Terms is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will only affect that provision, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
For any question or disagreement regarding the App or these terms:
- In the case of professional/entity users, both parties submit to the laws and jurisdiction of the People's Republic of China.
- In the case of individual consumers, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws and jurisdiction of the user's country of residence.
